The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone has been compassionate and helpful from the very beginning. My daughter was nervous about getting an expander and the ladies were patient and kind. They took the time to explain each step and show her what they were going to do before they did it. Power & Pryse has helped make this the best experience it could be.

Front office staff and chair side staff are all very helpful and professional. Dr. Power is professional, informative, and ready to answer all questions. He was willing to step out to the car for one appt after my daughter was done as I had to bring all five of my kids and didn’t want to bring them all in. Office is very clean, up to date with current technology of the dental world. Highly recommend, they also have multiple offices across the west side of Knoxville.

We have been to both the Clinton and Powell offices. We couldn’t ask for better care of our daughter. We were referred from her regular dentist and couldn’t be more happy with everyone in both offices. My daughter had to have an expander placed because she has a small mouth. She was nervous from the time we knew it was a thing that had to be done. They have eased her nerves and have been great with her at every appointment. During the first consult, both Dr. Power and Dr. Pryce explained everything in detail and answered all questions! We will bring both of our children here for all orthodontic needs!

My daughter is 7, was having trouble with snoring and grinding her teeth. Powers took look at her scans explained that she really needed expanders to help create more of an open air way- 1 month later, here we are about to get the expanders off and she breathing 100% better at night no more snoring or grinding! The staff is very kind, gentle and informative all the way through each appointment. Couldn’t be happier with them !

Excellent results, friendly staff. However, they are extremely busy so If you have to reschedule an appointment - it’s weeks before you are able to get back in. If there is a hardware issue such as a wire or bracket broken they are able to get your child in, usually same day.

I have done 2 sets of braces and they are fantastic! My kids teeth look amazing! Dr Pryse and Dr Power are very knowledgeable. They treat the kid not just the teeth. Dr Pryse showed us how my daughters asthma might get better after expanding her mouth a tiny bit. And it has! Anytime something happened like my son breaking a bracket they got him in quickly at one of the locations. We rarely had to wait long for any appointments. It has been a very positive experience for our family. Everyone is so nice there.

I cannot say enough good about the care my family has received at Power and Pryse Orthodontics. I have six children, all in orthodontic care. Three of those are special needs and two of those are medically complex. Dr. Pryse has been instrumental in diagnosing airway issues in my youngest child, and they work extremely well with my kids with sensory issues.The staff at Power and Pryse is top notch! They are always friendly, caring and they go above and beyond to care for their patients.I highly recommend Power and Pryse for your orthodontic needs.

We have had such a great experience at Power & Pryse! My 6 year old had to have a mouth device and it was a smooth and easy process to get his perfect fit. It’s not easy being one of the little guys in what’s mostly a “big kid dentist” but the staff was so sweet and welcoming and very accommodating to his wild personality! The dr. Was very encouraging and helped him have full confidence with his new device!

The staff and orthodontist at Power and Pryse are absolutely phenomenal! I requested my favorite technician Cindy and scheduling made sure I always had her. I am a much older patient for braces and had wanted to fix my teeth my entire life and they gave me that confident smile I knew was there but not yet found. I have waited 45 years for this and I now feel so confident when I smile. If you are young or older, this is definitely the place to be. Oh, they have also done four of my five children’s braces. All happy and with beautiful, confident smiles! Thank you to everyone at their office. You are truly professional and it is such a pleasure working with you.
